Book a Meeting
Request a meeting with our team
Tell us what you would like to discuss and we will reply to agree a time. General meetings, TEXPO meetings, demonstrations, partnership and technical conversations are all handled here.
Before you start
What this form is for
One form for every kind of meeting — the context you choose decides who picks it up.
Requests go to the team best placed to answer. A technical consultation reaches engineers rather than a sales queue, and a TEXPO request is triaged against the event schedule.
The more specific the purpose, the more useful the first conversation. If you already know which systems are involved, saying so saves a round trip.
What happens next
How your request is handled
Four steps, none of which are automatic.
Request received
You get an on-screen confirmation that the request has arrived. That is an acknowledgement of receipt, not a booking.
Reviewed by a person
We read the purpose and context and decide who should take the meeting.
We reply to agree a time
We come back by email with times that work, or with questions if the request needs clarifying first.
Confirmed by email
A meeting is only confirmed once it has been agreed in writing by both sides.
At the event
Meeting us at TEXPO
If you are planning to meet us at TEXPO, choose "TEXPO meeting" as the context. Event dates and stand details are on the TEXPO page, and availability during the event is limited.
